both the client and Infology teams in support of the overriding
strategies and plans of the enterprise. This implies that
the normal bounds of the engagement are explored and expanded
to absolutely ensure that all impacted enterprise components
are engaged and involved in the solution.
Value Extraction
Our quality control process ensures that
everything we do (strategically, tactically, and operationally)
provides value and an expected deliverable of the engagement.
Leveraging this process ensures our collective time and
investment in the effort generates the greatest value added
products, solutions and services. This helps us to maintain
a traceable, reliable return on investment metric for the
solutions and value we deliver.
Knowledge Transfer
We have developed a formal approach to ensure
clients are engaged with us to develop, grow and refine
their internal skills for future use.
Our formal knowledge management contract
with our clients consists of three parts:
- Theoretical - what needs to be delivered
- Practical - how we deliver it
- Control Points - the data/metrics to confirm
